Service Description

In this 3 hour class you will learn how to make beautiful, velvety chocolate buttercream , which will be used to give your cake a crumb coating. You will be provided with a 6" chocolate three layer cake which you will be shown how to level and crumb coat. We will then refrigerate your cake until firm for a short while, before giving your cake another smooth, sharp coat of buttercream. You will practice piping skills with the fabulous versatile Wilton 2D nozzle and make chocolate shards. We will then prepare our ganache ready to drip cascades of chocolate over the edge of the cake. As with all of our classes, the equipment and ingredients are all provided for you and you will take home everything you make whilst we do the cleaning up!
