Learn to level and cover a round 3 layer sponge cake with buttercream and decorate with a chocolate drip and and a selection of decorations 3 hours £60
In this 3 hour class you will learn how to make beautiful, velvety vanilla buttercream , which will be used to give your cake a crumb coating.
You will be provided with a 6" vanilla three layer cake which you will be shown how to level and crumb coat. We will then refrigerate your cake until firm for a short while, before giving your cake another smooth, sharp coat of buttercream.
You will practise piping swirls and roses and making a selection of sugar decorations.
We will then prepare our ganache ready to drip cascades of chocolate over the edge of the cake.
As with all of our classes, the equipment and ingredients are all provided for you and you will take home everything you make.
