Learn to level and cover a round 3 layer sponge cake with buttercream and decorate with a chocolate drip and and a selection of decorations 3 hours £54
In this 3 hour class you will learn how to make beautiful, velvety vanilla buttercream , which will be used to give your cake a crumb coating.
You will be provided with a 6" vanilla three layer cake which you will be shown how to level and crumb coat your cake. We will then refrigerate your cake for 10 minutes to firm up your buttercream before giving your cake another smooth, sharp coat of buttercream. We will then prepare our ganache to drip cascades of chocolate around the top of the cake.
You will then be shown how to decorate your cake with buttercream rose swirls and a selection of sugar decorations.
As with all of our classes, the equipment and ingredients are all provided for you and you will take home everything you make.
