Learn how to assemble a two tiered cake and make beautiful Daisy's 3-4 hr £80
This two tier cake class is suitable for beginners as well as those who want to brush up up their skills.
In this class you can choose whatever colours you love the most, be creative.
You will learn how to carve and level your bottom tier sponge, fill with tasty buttercream and jam and then give your cake a crumb coat.
Prepare and roll your sugarpaste to cover your cake board, cake, and dummy (polystyrene) cake, giving your cake lovely smooth edges and adding fondant shimmery pearls around the bottom edge of your cakes.
We will show you how to dowel and stack your cakes so that your cakes are stable for transportation.
You will learn how to work with flower/modelling paste, colour and make different size daisy flowers, centres, small flowers, leaves and royal icing pearls.
Your finished show-stopper cake with be a vanilla 8" sponge cake and a 6" dummy cake.
Then home with your beautiful creation to wow everyone!
